yeah...

I hate to be a harsh critic but I have to be here!!
Let's see...

Bad points:
*Very poorly drawn!! Either the artist is very unskilled or very lazy. The environments, the characters, the effects were all sloppy. You need to try harder to make it more appealing to the eye.
*The animation was shoddy. Very harsh and disturbing tweening going on, especially when Bridget was faking. If you're going to use tweens, you have to make it look a bit more realistic than that and make use of easing. Also, when the fluid comes out of the syringe, it looks like it's full of snakes.
*The voice acting was quite painful at times.
*It wasn't very rewarding to finish as the explanation was a bit abrupt.
*Going through cutscenes again and again when you fail is a pain. You didn't add the "skip" button at those times. I suggest you do.
Okay, that was your punishment. Now to the good bits!

*The voice acting, on the whole was very good. Like I said; only painful at times.
*The functionality of the game was it's saving grace. Good choices of questions that one would think would all be the right answers unless you REALLY think about it.

Summary: Brush up on your artwork and animation. Be a perfectionist with your voice actors, if it sounds off, get them to redo it. They're good actors but this is YOUR work. Don't let them let you down one bit! Pay more attention to peoples' patience by choosing to skip scenes and make it more rewarding at the end.

Godammit!

I hate the ending! Although I must have got the bad one. The rest of the game is shit-hot!

I gave you a 10 and voted 5

Because you included "Jill Sandwich"! My favourite qoute from the game!

Great!

I suck at the game but I still enjoyed playing it!
You probably won`t reply to this review but could you tell what the music is from please? I think it`s from one of the Sonic games but I`m realy not sure and it`s bugging me.
Great work and congrats on Front Page!

Sorry, dude!

I just didn't like it. I didn't like the characters, the art, the voice acting, the sounds, the music (Why was it "I will survive"??) or the game itself.
The game didn't play well, I found myself wondering what the hell I was doing. It was so haphazard!
I'm assuming you drew the everything with a mouse and for that, I will excuse the lacking art.
The voice acting was terrible. I couldn't hear much of it and what I COULD hear just sounded cheesey and poorly acted.
Consider using more solid sounding effects, I know it's hard to find good sfx on the net but in the end it would be worth it. For an action game, the music REALLY didn't fit!
Sorry to be so critical but I've listed the things where I think you went wrong. If you want, use this to improve or alternatively, you can hurl abuse at me in a defensive fury (after all, this is your baby I'm talking about)!

No offense taken. You look handsome in that portrait, mate.

A constructive critisism ('WTF!?' You say)

I'm a huge Final Fantasy fan so obviously I was very interested in this game. Unfortunately it does need a lot of work! There aren't any instructions with the game, which started me off very disorientated, please include instructions with any game you submit to make the game easier to grasp. The art work was not perfect by far but the concept was there, but if you're going to copy original art, the you need to be more accurate, if not then draw your own. I found the world map slightly dull but I do commend you for the idea since it does keep that Final Fantasy feel to the game.
It probably would have been better if you had actually played the games and got to know the characters. Then you could put the character's own personalities into what they say and how they act. Yuna would definately not call someone a 'freak'.
The looping track got very tedious after around 4 plays. Could I suggest you use different music for different scenes? It would make it wound a whole lot more interesting. And while I'm on the subject of sounds, you should have used the FF menu cursor noises to make it sound really authentic.
I'm sorry my review hasn't been a very positive one but I hope I've been helpful towards other projects you may have in the pipeline. Keep practicing and all the best!
