[Metropolis Circuit]

Woah!

Straight off the bat, it's one of the most beautifully presented animations I've seen in a while. The opening scene with cityscape and sunset was jaw droppingly gorgeous!
The animation was as to be expected of you really. That is awesome, of course. The fluid combination of frame-by-frame and tween is near perfect and I love the camera angles and perspectives you use to really get the action going.
I like your choice and use of colours. Really bright and vibrant. Also the back and foregrounds are beautifully illustrated. I noticed alot were imported from different programs.
Anyway, great work and as always, I look forward to your next animation.

Really. . .

That was the freshest animation I've seen in a long time. It was so impressive, it gave me goosebumps. Your animation skills have improved a LOT in the past couple years and all your hard work an effort really shines through here.
The whole thing just oozes style from the opening scene right through to the very end. Your attention to detail is astounding and your anatomy of each character is near flawless.
I love the idea of turning a fairy tale into a science-fiction story although the environments could have been designed to reflect the time period. I like the design of the palace although I was kind of looking forward to seeing inside it.
The concept itself reminds me of cyberpunk type manga, what with the cybernetic guards and muggers and also the apparantly fascist dictated society that these people are forced to live in. It gives a real gritty, dangerous feeling to the futuristic world that you've portrayed.
Overall, it is a great piece of work that I personally would be extremely proud of and so you should be. A few extra details could have been added for plot's sake but all in all, a fantastic animation. I would love to see what actually won the VisionFest if it was better than this!

Alright.

The thing is, your popularity seems to be a curse now because you can't seem to do whatever you want anymore since you have an audience's expectations to live up to. What these guys should realise is that most of the time, you animate for fun, as a hobby. For that reason I'm not going to compare this to your other work and pretend I don't know of LF.
That said though, I personally didn't enjoy it too much. It was a nice idea but just seemed lacking. The animation was a tad too slow and the characters suffered from no limbs (which just doesn't look very cool anymore).
The music was pretty fun though and I did notice (if even by coincidence) that some events were timed with the music. That was a nice touch. You could have done with a couple sounds though.

All in all, not great but not bad. I know you can do better than this but I appreciate if you were just trying something else.

Wow

I saw this before and completely forgot about it until i browsed the section. I really like this because it's not really that far from the truth. We've all thought of doing something horrendous to someone we can't stand and it is scary sometimes. I also love the scary dream bit, especially diggin the Silent Hill bmgs. Awesome work, man!

Please spare me!!

My sides are bursting!! I can't even remember my favourite bit, it was all too damn funny. I have only seen the Japanese dub of Naruto so I'm glad I got EVERY joke and laughed it all up! The animation on the whole sucked (lol, sorry) but the humour was bang on! Thumbs up from me!!

Great

Some parts could have been executed better though. The soldiers were too static. Even if you werent going to make them move, you could have had them in different stances to one another just to give them a bit of life. Everthing else... beautiful!
It's funny how one person makes a comment and then it starts a trend isn't it? Ignore the sheep and ignore those who can't be bothered to read your comments on the movie.
